Overview

Serena is a director of CTLC Law Corporation with more than 20 years of experience advising on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, banking and finance matters. She also advises on real estate matters for private and corporate clients.

She regularly advises multinational corporations, banks and other established companies on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions.

She is an independent non-executive director of Singapore-listed Koyo International Ltd.

Prior to joining CTLC Law Corporation, Serena articled at Simmons & Simmons (London) and practised law at WongPartnership LLP (Singapore). She graduated with a LLB (Hons) degree from Sheffield University (United Kingdom) and was admitted to practise law in England & Wales (Solicitor) and Singapore (Advocate & Solicitor).
