It is with great sadness that we announce the demise of our beloved director, Mr Raghavan Sachi.

Rahgavan Sachi is a Director of CTLC Law Corporation and has more than 20 years of extensive law firm and in house legal counsel experience with emphasis in Corporate and Commercial law. He commenced practice with Rodyk & Davidson (now known as Dentons Rodyk) where he worked for several years, after which he left to pursue his Masters in Law at King’s College, London. On his return, he worked as a Partner in Robert Wang & Woo (with offices in HK) where he advised on the corporate matters relating to the formation of Suntec City.
He subsequently worked as a Partner at ASG Law Corporation, an established Singapore corporate law firm, for over 10 years. There, he was involved in the forging of a Formal Law Alliance, with Herbert Smith a Magic Circle UK law firm and worked alongside the Firm. He subsequently was an Equity Partner and Co-Head of the Corporate Department at Harry Elias & Partners (now known as Eversheds Harry Elias).
His practice encompasses corporate and company law, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, banking, capital markets, regulatory and compliance issues and venture capital. He has provided advice in a wide spectrum of industries including charities, entertainment, hospitality and human resource and has represented major banks and financial institutions, public listed companies, multinational corporations, leading private companies as well as high net worth individuals.
