Overview

Benjamin is part of the corporate and commercial team and covers a wide range of matters such as mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, transactional and corporate secretarial matters.

An avid supporter of local SMEs and startups, Benjamin aims to be an asset to businesses for their legal needs. Prior to his admission to the Singapore Bar, Benjamin was actively involved in two homegrown startups to gain insights into the commercial realities of running a business.

Benjamin graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2017 with a Bachelor of Laws (Second Class Honours (Upper Division)) and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in April 2019.
