Karin graduated with an LLB (Second Upper Honours) from King’s College London in 2003 and with a Masters in Law LLM (Merit) (Specialisation in Commercial and Corporate Law) from University of London in 2004. She was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2018. Prior to legal practice, Karin lived in London for 14 years and was an experienced Law Editor for legislation at LexisNexis London from 2006 to 2016, as well as a College Lecturer in Contract and Company Law to LLB, ACCA and Bsc (Management and Law) students.
Karin works on a variety of corporate and commercial matters and advises clients on commercial agreements and corporate secretarial matters. She also handles civil and commercial dispute resolution, property and conveyancing transactions, financing, wills, probate, trusts and estate administration.
Karin sits on the board of legal advisers for the Singapore Lee Clan General Association and serves as a Committee member of both the Law Society of Singapore’s Conveyancing Practice Committee 2019 and the Publications Committee 2019. She is an active member of the Old Rafflesians’ Association and the Methodist Girls’ School Alumnae.
